Who will see my posted resume?

You have total control over who will see your resume.  When posting your resume, check the box to make your resume private which makes your resume only available to the positions you post it to.  Your resume will not come up on searches done by other companies.

What if there is a company that I do not want to see my resume?

You have the option to make your resume private which will only allow the companies you choose to see your resume.  All other companies will not be able to view it.

How do I let a prospective employer know I am interested in a job?

You will have instructions on how to submit your resume for a particular position.  It will allow you to fax, email or mail your resume. You are also able to post your resume to the position if you would like your resume to remain private.

Can I contact the prospective employer directly?

All contact between you and the prospective employer will be direct.   There will be instructions on how to submit your resume.  You are also able to submit your resume to any position which allows you to keep total control over who views your resume

How do I search for international jobs?

You are able to do searches for specific countries throughout the world.  Pick one of the countries from the drop-down menu to search for openings.
