The OperationIT RETAINED SEARCH service is
designed to offer employers and executive recruiters a quick and
cost-efficient way of identifying qualified candidates for
senior-level positions.
How Does It Work?
The OperationIT RETAINED SEARCH
program is geared towards high level IT candidates. If your firm is looking to fill a senior IT position we can speed
up the hiring process by locating as many qualified prospects as you desire for
the position. Our
professional recruiting team qualifies potential candidates according to your criteria,
and then personally screens them. We present you with at least 5 top prospects in 7
days based on the detailed job description you provide.
How Long Does It Take?
The OperationIT RETAINED SEARCH program is completed in 7 days
from the day we first receive the detailed job description and signed
agreement. On or before the seventh day
we will present your firm with the number of candidates you selected. Each candidate will have been thoroughly
pre-screened by one of our high-end IT recruiters.
What Do I Do First?
Once you decide on
the number of candidates you would like to receive one of our search
professionals will call you to gain the clearest understanding of your company,
culture, requirements of the position and your ideal hire. With your input, we
develop a customized position description and skills needed list to assess each
candidate. We then use this information to target appropriate individuals.

Once a candidate is
located we thoroughly screen the candidate with a phone interview, job
requirement check and personal recruiter assessment of the applicants
abilities. Then we prepare a detailed
Applicant Profile for your internal recruiting team. This profile contains a complete and up to date resume, current
compensation package, certifications, education details, references ready to be
called upon and a recruiter summary of the candidates strengths for your
position. At this point your internal
recruiting team can take over and feel confident they have qualified candidates
to choose from.
